To find out your current shipping status, all you need is your order number or tracking number. You will find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Instructions for Use
- Go to our tracking portal
- Enter your tracking number or order number in the top field
- Enter your postal code in the bottom field
- Click on the "Search" button
- Check the current status of your order

Where is the confirmation email for my order?
Please check the email account you used for your order. Your order confirmation email (as well as your shipping confirmation email if your order has already shipped) should be there. Also, check your spam folder.
